Former longtime New York Liddle & Robinson partner Blaine Bortnick will lead the New York office of Miami-based Rasco Klock Perez & Nieto, which was launched recently by Read McCaffrey.

Blaine Bortnick, a former partner at the New York boutique firm Liddle & Robinson, has joined the New York office of Miami-based Rasco Klock Perez & Nieto. He follows his longtime colleague Read McCaffrey, who recently launched the office.
Bortnick, who like McCaffrey has extensive experience in international arbitration and complex litigation, will lead the new office.
He also has an extensive experience advising senior executives wishing to change their employment terms or better their financial contracts. And his expertise in the intricacies of compensation arrangements is unique, Rasco Klock said.
