Cunningham Receives Plaintiffs Bar Award

Fred A. Cunningham, a shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Whalen in Palm Beach Gardens, has received the Florida Justice Association's Centurion Award recognizing lifetime contribution to advance the group's mission and ensure consumer protection.
Cunningham, a former president of the plaintiffs bar group, also was given a Silver Eagle award for leadership in fundraising and an unwavering commitment to justice.
He is a board-certified civil trial lawyer with a national practice representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and insurance company bad faith. Cunningham also is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Melvin M. Belli Society and a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
