Hip-hop artist Lil Wayne has parted ways his Miami Beach mansion — a sprawling waterfront pad equipped with a rooftop skate park, recording studio and shark lagoon.
Yes, a shark lagoon.
The nine-bedroom, 11-bathroom home on exclusive La Gorce Island sold for $10 million to an undisclosed buyer, said listing broker Ty Forkner, a Realtor with One Sotheby's International Realty.
