Former Miami-Dade Circuit General Magistrate Margaret Rosenbaum has joined Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution's panel of neutrals in Miami.

She served 12 years as a magistrate handling complex cases in Unified Family Court and also served as a general master. She began her legal career in the Miami-Dade state attorney's office, serving as an assistant state attorney for 11 years. She worked in the felony division and as an assistant chief in the juvenile division. Rosenbaum was the founding division chief of the domestic crimes unit.

Recognized as an expert on domestic violence, her work extended to writing legislation making battery on a pregnant woman a felony, providing for warrantless arrest for violation of a served restraining order and amending the range of people entitled to injunctive relief.
