White & Case has lured away Schulte Roth & Zabel partner Brian Pfeiffer as part of an expansion of its global financial restructuring and insolvency practice.

White & Case has lured away Schulte Roth & Zabel partner Brian Pfeiffer as part of an expansion of its global financial restructuring and insolvency practice.
Pfeiffer, who joins as a partner at White & Case, will split his time between the firm's New York and Miami offices. His move follows the June hiring of partners Philip Abelson from Proskauer, and David Turetsky from Skadden, into that practice in New York.
Pfeiffer and White & Case have been involved in some of the same restructuring matters and have some clients in common.
