CBRE Inc.’s Christian Lee and Jose Lobon arranged the sale of an office campus in Palm Beach Gardens for $62.3 million.

The three-building property known as Golden Bear Plaza was 83 percent occupied after a busy lease-up period that started last May. Since then, tenants had inked leases for 57,000 square feet of office space at the complex.
