CBRE Inc.'s Christian Lee and Jose Lobon arranged the sale of an office campus in Palm Beach Gardens for $62.3 million.

The three-building property known as Golden Bear Plaza was 83 percent occupied after a busy lease-up period that started last May. Since then, tenants had inked leases for 57,000 square feet of office space at the complex.

But 42,000 square feet remains vacant, offering significant upside potential for the buyer — a factor the CBRE team heavily marketed to prospects.
