The 488-unit Delray Verana complex goes for more than $247,000 a unit.

Fairfield Residential has sold a 488-unit multifamily complex in Delray Beach for $102.5 million.
The sale of the Delray Verana complex to an affililate of Wellington-based Bainbridge Cos. works out to $246,926 per unit. The development has a combination of apartments and townhouses.
Bainbridge's CO BB Delray Owner LLC obtained $66.1 million in financing from New York Community Bank for the purchase.
