Florida Constitution Revision Commission Schedule Firming Up

Floridians who have ideas for changing the state Constitution would have until Sept. 22 to submit proposals, under a tentative plan advanced Wednesday by a committee of the Florida Constitution Revision Commission.
The commission's rules and administration committee also voted to set an Oct. 24 deadline for proposals submitted by the commission's 37 members, after an Oct. 10 deadline for submitting draft proposals.
The deadlines for the public and commission proposals will have to be ratified by the full commission, which will meet Sept. 19 in Tallahassee.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
