Two former Fowler White Burnett attorneys have jumped to Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck in Fort Lauderdale.

Bruce Liebman will become co-managing partner of Kaufman Dolowich's Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton offices, and his former Fowler coworker Edward McNamara will join the firm as an insurance and litigation associate.

Liebman's practice focuses on employment defense, including wage and hour litigation and class actions, employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, age and retaliation claims. He also provides preventative counseling, advice and training for employers and human resources personnel on managing the workplace and complying with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. He represents hospitality companies and casinos in the area of liability, collections and gaming issues. Prior to joining Fowler two years ago, Liebman worked at Akerman, according to his Linkedin profile.
