A victory Wednesday before the Fourth District Court of Appeal means residents will get to keep their golf course views at the Inverrary community in Lauderhill.

But their good news is a blow for the investor who owns the course. Owner Victorville West L.P. says it’s shackled to a beautiful—but unprofitable—piece of real estate that the homeowners’ association refuses to relinquish for redevelopment.
