Achikam Yogev helped broker the sale of two Florida charter schools in a $33 million deal that followed a $72 million charter school portfolio disposition less than a year ago.

Yogev represented Miami-based ESJ Capital Partners, which was selling a portfolio of seven schools to Oregon-based buyers AEP Charter KCC II and AEP Charter Renaissance LLC. Five of the schools sold in November for $72 million, which Yogev also helped market and sell.
