A 21,000-square-foot office building in Miami Beach that sold for more than $5 million will be renovated into a shared workspace, the sellers said.
The conversion “will help revitalize a more mature market and bring new energy to the area,” said Douglas K. Mandel, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office.
The real estate investment services company had the exclusive listing to market the 21,587-square-foot office at 820 Arthur Godfrey Road east of Alton Road on behalf of the seller, 820 AGR LLC, and procured the buyer, Sandhouse MB LLC, a private investor in California.
