Palm Beach Circuit Court expects to be fully up and running Thursday following Hurricane Irma.

Court staff for all courthouses reported to work Wednesday, but only the North County Courthouse in Palm Beach Gardens is open to the public so far.

Miami-Dade Circuit Court will also stay closed through Friday with plans to reopen Monday.

“We are waiting for the county to give us clearance to resume operations at the courthouse facilities,” Miami-Dade Circuit Court public information officer Eunice Sigler said.

Broward Circuit Court will be closed at least through Wednesday, with more updates to follow on the clerk's office emergency hotline.

Staff at the Florida Supreme Court and Office of the State Court Administrator will report to work as usual Wednesday, but the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal will remain closed for the day.

Federal district and bankruptcy courts in the Southern District of Florida will be open no sooner than Monday.
