Gessner comes to the Fort Lauderdale company from Buchanan Ingersoll, where she co-chaired the construction practice group.

Kim Gessner has been named deputy general counsel of Fort Lauderdale-based Moss Construction Management.
She previously served as counsel and co-chair of the construction practice group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and has more than 13 years of litigation experience with a focus on commercial construction.
In her new position, Gessner will review, draft and negotiate contracts; estimate strategic risk; train staff to comply with federal laws and regulations; and be involved in litigation matters.
