The Florida Bar has opened investigations into five attorneys accused of taking kickbacks in an alleged insurance fraud.
The bar confirmed Wednesday it is investigating Vincent Pravato and Mark Spatz of Davie, Adam Hurtig of Fort Lauderdale, Alexander Kapetan of Lighthouse Point and Steven Slootsky of Boca Raton.
