Fowler Acuna comes to the firm from Chartwell, where she was managing partner of the admiralty and maritime practice group. Fowler Acuna focuses her practice on U.S. and London insurers in the area of admiralty and maritime as well as representing clients in state and federal court in the areas of transportation, general liability, products liability, construction, insurance coverage and appeals.
Brandon Floch has joined Kenny Nachwalter's Miami office as an associate. The firm focuses its practice on complex business litigation and antitrust law. Before joining the firm, Floch clerked for U.S. District Senior Judge James Brady of the Middle District of Louisiana.
George Trautmann IV has joined Frankl Kominsky in Boynton Beach as an associate. Trautmann focuses his practice on personal injury cases caused by motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability and wrongful death.
Rachel Oostendorp has joined Carlton Fields' Miami office as an associate. Oostendorp is a member of the firm's appellate practice and trial support practice. She served as law clerk for Judge Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from 2016 to 2017 and for U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom from 2015 to 2016.
