The Boca Raton office of Broad and Cassel is expanding to a 16,000-square-foot space with more amenities at the nearby Lynn Financial Center.

The 18 attorneys in 12,464 square feet off Florida's Turnpike at 7777 Glades Road are moving about three miles east to 1905 NW Corporate Blvd. by July.

Avison Young principal Greg Martin in Fort Lauderdale and Keith O'Donnell in Boca Raton represented landlord Lynn Financial Center LLC in the lease. Avison Young declined to disclose the value or duration of the new lease.

The move speaks to the strong Boca Raton office market, which has absorbed 200,000 square feet of office space this year, accounting for 35 percent of the total Palm Beach County market's net absorption, according to Avison Young's third-quarter report.

The Lynn Financial Center is a three-building, 209,911-square-foot office complex on the southwest corner of Military Trail and Butts Road west of Interstate 95. The law firm's new building is 85,000 square feet and has no interior columns, creating an open design.

The move “positions us well for future growth opportunities and offers a state-of-the-art building and superior amenities that will only serve to further enhance our client experience,” Broad and Cassel partner Jim Wheeler said in a news release.
