Cartwright Leads Holland & Knight's Policy Committee
Cartwright has been on the firm's directors committee for 11 years and is the executive partner in its Miami office.

Kelly-Ann Cartwright, executive partner in Holland & Knight's Miami office, has been elected chair of the firm's 27-member policymaking directors committee, succeeding Boston partner Ralph Lepore.
Cartwright, who has been on the committee for 11 years, is a civil and commercial litigator with an emphasis on business torts and labor and employment law.
“Over the years Kelly-Ann has distinguished herself as a lawyer with strong management skills and excellent judgment,” said Steven Sonberg, managing partner of Holland & Knight. “She is widely respected throughout the firm.”
Cartwright said she was honored to be chosen and hopes to contribute to the firm's continued success.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
