Grove Central is proposed on 5.18 acres owned by Miami-Dade County on the northwest corner of U.S. 1 and 27th Avenue. Plans are subject to revision but call for a live-work-play center with a hotel, stores, parking, and train station and bus depot improvements. Renderings were contributed by the Grove Central development team.
