Murder defendant Travis Davis punched his defense attorney, Daniel Hernandez, as the sentencing hearing began for Davis and three co-defendants in Circuit Judge Steven Rogers' courtroom in Ocala.

Far from the bench, Davis was captured on courtroom video throwing punches before he was subdued by bailiffs. The Ocala Star-Banner reported Davis was handcuffed and stunned with a Taser before being led out of court.

The judge convened to begin the hearing when people at the defense table erupted Friday. Spectators stood up, shouted and yelled.

The men were convicted of killing Courtney London, who was shot to death at his Ocala home during a robbery in front of his children in 2016. All four received life prison terms.
