The Fourth District Court of Appeal Wednesday reversed a circuit court decision to reimburse Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, which had spent more than $21,000 to prosecute a lien against a former client.

In a ruling that could mean bad news for attorneys expending resources to collect debts from litigants they once represented, the Fourth DCA held the firm responsible for its own court costs.
