Miamians will vote in November whether to allow redevelopment of the 3.15-acre city administration building site on the Miami River.

Adler Group LLC wants to initially lease and eventually buy the Miami Riverside Center at 444 SW Second Ave. and an adjacent vacant property at 460 SW Second Ave. Those lots would be combined with an adjacent 1.6-acre site at 230 SW Third St. owned by Adler to build a mixed-use project, likely to include residential towers, retail and possibly an office building.
