Broward Clerk of Court Introduces 'Tamper-Proof' Digital Documents
The new "environmentally friendly" service is aimed at tackling document fraud and encouraging efficiency, the Broward Clerk of Courts office has said.

Broward Clerk of Court Brenda D. Forman has introduced a digital certification system, designed to curb fraud and speed up court filings.
The e-certify service sells digitalized versions of court documents for purchase directly from the Broward Clerk's website.
The resulting electronic documents are “tamper-proof” and secure, kitted out with “advanced encrypted features” and a unique Clerk of Court digital signature, according to information from the court.
