Roetzel & Andress and Global Giant Hogan Lovells Advise on $600 Million Acquisition
Corporate services company Edenred will acquire payment services firm C.S.I Enterprises in early 2019 pending regulatory approval.

Hogan Lovells is representing French corporate services company Edenred in its $600 million acquisition of C.S.I Enterprises, a Bonita Springs corporate payments technology company represented by Roetzel & Andress LPA.
On Nov. 28, Roetzel announced that the deal is expected to close by early 2019 pending regulatory approval. The acquisition follows a partnership formed in 2017, with CSI providing Edenred a platform for its clients to manage virtual payments.
Roetzel shareholder and chair of its corporate, tax and transnational practice, Christopher Reuscher, led the Roetzel team for CSI. Hogan Lovells Silicon Valley branch partner Keith Flaum served as lead for the team representing Edenred.
