Day Pitney has absorbed Richman Greer, adding 15 attorneys to the Connecticut-based firm’s Miami and West Palm Beach practices, as Richman Greer leaders Alan Greer and Gerald Richman move into of counsel roles with their new firm.
The acquisition, first announced in October, serves two purposes for the Florida attorneys, said Greer.
