A jury awarded $47,706 to a motorist who claimed spinal injuries following a rear-end collision.

On March 21, 2015, Erwin Apolo, then 46, was driving on Dixie Highway near Southwest 22nd Avenue in Miami when he was struck by Lucas Aloisi’s vehicle. Apolo claimed herniated cervical and lumbar discs, which required a microdiscectomy.
