The $6.03 million sale of a Deerfield Beach small-bay industrial building is unique on two fronts. Small-bay buildings rarely come on the market. And this one has dock-high loading for each tenant.
A CBRE Inc. team comprising senior vice president David Wigoda and financial analyst Sean Kelly in Miami as well as senior vice presidents Larry Genet and Tom O'Loughlin in Fort Lauderdale handled the deal.
Mindful Capital Group, a Delray Beach-based real estate investment company, bought the TriMark Park office-warehouse building at 312-384 S. Military Trail from Deerfield Management LP on Feb. 1.
