Sara Bernard has joined Holland & Knight in Orlando.
Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel real estate attorney Sara Bernard has joined Holland & Knight as a partner. She will be based in the firm’s Orlando office.
“Sara is a versatile and dynamic real estate lawyer with an established client base,” Missy Turra, Holland & Knight’s southeast real estate practice group leader, said in a statement. “The addition of Sara to our Orlando real estate team will allow us to remain competitive as the market continues its fast-paced growth.”
Bernard has experience in negotiating, drafting and closing complex commercial and residential purchases and transactions. She has handled all aspects of the development, management and operation of all types of real estate including retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, medical and technology clusters, sports and entertainment clusters, senior-living communities, hospitals, golf courses, large scale mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, apartments and condominiums.
