A man’s attempts to build a wall around drunken comments he made about President Donald Trump during a DUI arrest were knocked down by the Fourth District Court of Appeal, which declined Wednesday to remove them from his arrest records.

Frank Albert Martinez, who’s Hispanic, was captured on video yelling, “I love you, Trump” and “Mexico, baby,” among other things, at a Florida Highway Patrol trooper on March 5, 2017, according to the opinion.
