Holland & Knight has added three prominent attorneys to its 50-attorney Bogotá, Colombia, office, including two who came from Norton Rose Fulbright, which shuttered its Bogotá office last month.

Isabella Gandini led Norton Rose’s Colombia labor and employment practice, while Inés Elvira Vesga headed the office’s oil and gas practice. The third hire, Carolina Arciniegas,  jumped from her in-house job at alcohol producer Diageo. She focuses her practice on corporate services, financial law, capital markets and banking law.
