A real estate company has invested in an office complex in Deerfield Beach as a strategic buy in a market expected to see rent growth as demand shifts from higher-priced Boca Raton.
The Grover Corlew management group bought the five-building Hillsboro Center from a joint venture of Dallas-based private equity company TriGate Capital LLC, New York-based private real estate investor and developer Equitable Real Estate Partners and Boca Raton-based Commercial Florida Realty Partners.
The sellers sold the 216,114-square-foot property for $32.5 million and the buyer borrowed $24.8 million in deals done with Cushman & Wakefield's assistance.
