On tap are a trendy pizzeria with several Miami locations, a locally grown eyewear maker and a new take on the traditional barbershop.

A development trio is pursuing 150,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment plus the 85,762-square-foot, five-story One Cocowalk office building.
