The Florida Supreme Court disciplined seven South Florida attorneys between Aug. 22 and Sept. 19, according to information released Thursday by the Florida Bar.

Miami Beach lawyer Robert Nickolas Ingham was disbarred for making material misrepresentations in bankruptcy court, as well as continuing to file on behalf of a client after being suspended. He also allegedly made misrepresentations to the Florida Bar and refused to return money deposits to clients on short sales that hadn’t been approved, while acting as a real estate broker. Ingham could not be reached for comment.
