A federal lawsuit filed in Florida challenges the practice of embedding tweets into website articles on copyright grounds. Plaintiff Natalie Deutsch struck out at Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal in her insurance suit involving a mobile gym. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
