The Fourth District Court of Appeal found Martin Circuit Judge Barbara Bronis shouldn't have conducted a de novo inquiry into an aviation community's decision to strip membership from someone. The 420-unit Atlantic Cypress Creek apartments at 3700 Pacific Point Place in Lauderdale Lakes recently sold for $103 million. Construction has begun on the citizenM Hotel at Miami Worldcenter.
