It seems like the busiest year in Florida for law firm lateral hiring in a very long time. Morrison Foerster and Ponsinelli opened Miami offices, Akerman's chair moved to Holland & Knight after only nine months, and there were a lot of comings and goings at Greenberg Traurig. In the midst of it all, the American Bar Association offered guidance to attorneys and law firms on their ethical obligations when executing a lateral move. And recession fears have firms bulking up on bankruptcy attorneys.  Here are this year's highlights.
