Indian Creek Village Spanish singer Julio Iglesias listed this nearly 2-acre property on exclusive Indian Creek Village for $31.8 million.

Iconic Spanish singer and songwriter Julio Iglesias listed a nearly 2-acre vacant lot in exclusive Indian Creek Village for $31.8 million.

Iglesias, father of singer and songwriter Enrique Iglesias, owns several properties on the 300-acre man-made island in Biscayne Bay west of Surfside.

Indian Creek is known as Miami's Billionaire Bunker. The private island is home to celebrities, athletes and business moguls.  The high-end Indian Creek Golf Course is in the center of the island and surrounded by bayfront mansions.

Iglesias' Lot 4 offers 200 feet of water frontage. The asking price breaks down to $397.50 a square foot and over $17 million an acre.

"This is the one and only spectacular wide-bay lot available on Indian Creek, ideal for building a dream waterfront estate," Jill Eber of The Jills Zeder Group, who is marketing the lot, said in a news release.
