Heath Eskalyo, Kelley Kronenberg’s chief financial officer and principal partner, said the add-on might offer a “square-peg-in-round-hole perspective.” But “we try to be different than any other law firm, so the plan’s working. We say we’re progressive, so we need to back it up.”
