David Tolces has joined Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman in Boca Raton as a partner. Tolces' practice focuses on counseling local government entities by providing guidance on redevelopment matters, drafting land development regulations, assisting with real estate transactions and other legal services.
Ailin Caballero and Jose R. Martinez have joined Hinshaw & Culbertson in Coral Gables as associates, and Jenelle La Chuisa and André Sesler have joined as associates in Fort Lauderdale. Caballero's practice focuses on insurance-related litigation. La Chuisa's practice focuses on representing individuals and companies in both litigation and arbitration. Martinez's practice focuses on insurance services matters. Sesler's practice focuses on insurance-related matters.
Jeffrey Rubinger and Summer LePree have joined Baker McKenzie in Miami as partners. Rubinger's practice focuses on broad tax planning experience, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international restructurings and joint ventures. LePree's practice focuses on advising U.S. and foreign-based public and private companies in connection with their inbound and outbound U.S. international tax planning.
