Cushman & Wakefield has added a five-member investment sales team led by industry veterans Denny St. Romain and Jubeen Vaghefi to its Florida multifamily group.
Most recently with Walker & Dunlop, St. Romain and Vaghefi will partner with Cushman & Wakefield vice chairman Robert Given and executive managing director Robert Kaplan in spearheading a combined Florida platform.
