Most recently with Walker & Dunlop, St. Romain and Vaghefi will partner with Cushman & Wakefield vice chairman Robert Given and executive managing director Robert Kaplan in spearheading a combined Florida platform.

The statewide team will focus on representing institutional and private multifamily owners in the sale and financing of multifamily properties and developable land as well as arranging construction financing and structuring equity.
