There’s never a dull moment when you’re investigating the erectile dysfunction industry for a federal lawsuit, according to Miami lawyer Jeff Gutchess of AXS Law, who had learned it’s full of “interesting characters.”
Gutchess represents the owner of Miami treatment center Sexual MD Solutions LLC, which alleges one provider was so impressed with its noninvasive shock wave therapy that it stole the idea and created a smaller, cheaper, handheld version patients can use at home.
