The group running the recreational facilities at a Pembroke Pines retirement community won its appeal of an attorney fees award stemming from a dispute with a former condominium unit owner.

C.V.P. Community Center Inc., which has a long-term lease over the recreational facilities at Century Village, had appealed the award of $141,475 in attorney fees to mortgagee and unit owner McCormick 105 LLC.
