The Latin American member firms of Andersen Global have adopted the consulting company's brand name, keeping with a global rebranding to position it as a one-stop-shop for tax and legal services.

The transition by firms in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico and Uruguay comes less than two months after the adoption of the Andersen brand by European member firms.

"We all share the same values and vision regardless of borders and it is only fitting that this is also reflected in our common name," said Andersen Global chief executive officer Mark Vorsatz.
