The affordable housing arm of Related Group is set to begin construction next month on the first phase of the 221-unit Lincoln Gardens affordable housing complex in Miami’s Brownsville neighborhood.

Related Urban Development Group and Miami-Dade County are partners on the $41.2 million Lincoln Gardens project, a nine-acre, county-owned vacant parcel from Northwest 46th Street north to 48th Street and between Northwest 24th and 25th avenues.
