Attorneys in Boca Raton and Atlanta avoided a racketeering class action over hundreds of Americans with Disabilities Act compliance filings and will take home attorney fees for fighting the lawsuit.

A federal judge in Atlanta swatted down the putative class action, calling it a smear and “a retaliatory action brought against disabled plaintiffs and their attorneys” by two targets of ADA lawsuits.
