Coral Gables attorney Scot Strems received bad news Wednesday when Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Dawn Denaro found The Florida Bar had proved he violated 14 ethics rules.
The bar accused Strems of violating 17 rules and sitting "at the head of a vast campaign of unprofessional, unethical and fraudulent conduct" in June. But the attorney denied any wrongdoing.
