Greenspoon Marder is overhauling its Fort Lauderdale headquarters by reducing its footprint while adding its own event space in the same building.

The law firm restructured its lease at 200 E. Broward Blvd. by giving up some of its upper-floor space in favor of first- and second-story square footage, reducing its total size from 75,000 to 62,000 square feet, according to Thomas Capocefalo, who was part of the team representing the law firm in lease negotiations.
