Bryant Miller Olive prevailed in two cases involving Hialeah government agencies and another dispute for the Broward County Public Schools.
Partner David C. Miller represented the city in a collective bargaining impasse reached after three years of talks but no contract with the firefighters local. During negotiations, numerous grievances, arbitrations and litigation were in play on subjects related to the labor issues.
