Two big players in information governance and e-discovery law, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Redgrave, announced Tuesday that they will combine effective Dec. 1 in one of the largest law firm mergers this year.

With the combination, Am Law 100 firm Nelson Mullins aims to offer clients one of the nation’s largest information governance and e-discovery law practices, an area it says is increasing in demand as companies generate more and more data.
