After a banner year for its intellectual property practice, 900-attorney law firm Polsinelli is growing its Miami office with two IP attorneys joining as counsel.

The firm has seen a 20% year-over-year increase in demand in its IP practice, department chair Patrick Woolley said in an interview, partly a result of pandemic-related events and work. ”We had heavy demand. We wanted talented people and we have an acute need for people to come in and work on existing clients, to help them service their needs,” he added.
